@christinecoulte Hi there! Waste to hem is 15” and strap to waste line is also about 15”. The drawstring is actually just decorative. I will edit the post with a pic of myself in the dress. I have never worn this, but it seems the elastic waste has loosened due to age. If you are a small “medium” it may be a little loose fitting. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
