Babywalker size 8 slight scuffs

These were my daughter's flower girl shoes . They were wore once and she did some minor damage to the white finish , which appears to be a paint type coating , idk . But the shoes are made in Greece , very high quality , almost suede like soles , reversible ankle strap with tan as alternate color , Velcro buckle. Very cute flower , non slip heels . These were almost $100 new , because of slight toe scuffs I'm asking $30 , they can be fixed with an ivory shoe pen or paint .
