I just put it on personally and will attach some pictures, but the heart itself hits almost right above where your heart (if you’re looking at a human body chart would start). It’s great for any v-neck dresses or shirts as it hits above where even high ones may start, but it’s definitely not a choker. I’ll add pictures right now to depict length.
