Back and white striped maxi skirt

Black and white striped maxi skirt. I’m clearing out my closet and it’s time for this skirt to find a new home. I’ve worn this multiple times and just loved it! I’m on the tall side (5’8”) and this skirt hits the floor. The top black band is meant to fold over. I included measurements for your reference. I’m not positive of the size anymore.
