Back exposed little black dress

This is a padded above the knee dress. The design is of roses and it has some sort of glitter all over it. (White specks in the pictures) it had padding in the chest areas I honestly don’t know how to wear this dress. And I feel like I can’t pull it off but maybe you can! 🤍 the last picture is how it used to fit when I was bulking up.
