Backless Halter Maxi Dress

NWT Halter style maxi dress. Did not want to stretch over the shoulders of manniquin so that is why I displayed it this way. Does have a liner half way under it. Tie around neck is adjustable. Laying flat, pit to pit measures approx 15" unstretched. It does have an elastic band on the back part so it will stretch a little. Colors are black, cream, goldish yellow, orange and various pink shades.
