Backless Ice blue dress

Brand is olivaceous, believe I purchased it at Bloomingdales. Intended to wear on my honeymoon and never wore it but all tags have been cut off. It’s super stretchy and fits like a scuba/body con style dress but the material feels like cotton. It’ll fit like spanx! Back is VERY low, I’m 5”3 and the back scoop hits at just above my tailbone…. Hem is just below my knees almost like a pencil skirt length. Very good quality dress.
