aimeelien @krausk77 Hi! I think a B should work but I'm not sure about C. I wear a G, so it's harder for me to tell. I think a C will show more cleavage

aimeelien @krausk77 the smallest part of the waist is about 13" laying flat and it's about 32" long, not including the straps. the straps will add a few more inches, but since it's adjustable, the length will depend on how it fits you
