What size waist do these fit? The only sizing info I could find suggests M for pant sizes 8-10 but that was describing a low rise style of shorts.
If you know how these compare to Cleo sizes, that might be helpful too. Thx!

Top hemline/waist: 11.25”
Top of leg opening or widest part / hips: 14.25”
Length from top to bottom: 15.25”
