@mokafe Hi I’d say these are true to size as I’m a true 7.5. If you have a medium width foot and feel the forefoot strap is nice and comfy- not too tight. I feel the forefoot strap can be too narrow in some other designer shoes like Jimmy Choo. If you have a narrow foot it might be too roomy
