You can get it dry cleaned. Comes with extra heel clips for the bottom and extra jewels incase it comes off. Even though only worn once because the material of shoes are so delicate there’s more natural small scuffs even just from shelf wear. Can we worn as wedding heels because of the white color. Or wear to work, prom, dinner, etc. heel height is around 3.75”. Super comfortable and the gem detail on the side is chic, classy, beautiful
