Its partially lined, and the dress fabric is 71% rayon/ 29% polyester and the lining is 95% polyester/5% spandex. The size tag is missing so here are some flat measurements: pit to pit 18", waist 16", hips 17", length from shoulder to bottom hem of gown 57".
