Do they come with extra gems and bottom heel replacements? Are they missing any gems?

Hi there, seeing as you didn’t respond to the first question I wanted to ask if you even still have the shoes. I am between a 7.5-8. Did you find these to be tight or hard to walk in with the gems? I ordered an authentic pair off Amazon and they were so tight down by the gems that it was painful but I knew an 8 would probably be too big!

@cassianne04 sorry, i didn’t see your last question. Yes, they do come with the extra gems and heel cap. I do still have them and I found them to fit like a true 7.5. They have been worn so they are broken in and may be a bit more comfortable than brand new ones. Let me know if you have any other questions.
