These shoes are GORGEOUS and super comfortable; unfortunately they are a tad bit too big for me. I didn't get the original box when I purchased them, but I will include a Badgley Mischka shoe bag. They are in like-new condition with no stones missing. Any small signs of wear are due to people trying them on. Heel is approximately 3 inches.

Can you tell me when you say a tad to big are you a 7-1/2 or 8? Trying to figure out if they run true to size. Or is top lose to the foot?

@chewster01 Hi! I typically wear a 7.5 in heels and an 8 in tennis shoes. They are a tad too big in the length since they are an 8. Sometimes Badgley Mischka heels run narrow across the foot (strapd are narrow), hence why I purchased an 8, but this style runs normal width. Hope that helps. They are gorgeous shoes!
