diazjb @myturn waist across of dress is just 13” chest from underarm to underarm is 16” waist doesn’t have much stretch.

myturn @diazjb thank you for measuring. The waist is good, it might actually need to be taken in. It’s the top I’m wondering about. There’s a good chance it will, but if not do you accept returns? I can get any part of the dress taken in, but letting it out is the problem.
