This is a gorgeous Belle by Badgley Mishka dress. Definitely formal, for black tie events, weddings, formals. Black with white and sequin embroidery, the details are incredible. Worn only once to a wedding, it makes a serious statement. Note: this dress is LONG, I am 5’9” and it covers my feet to the floor. The back has a snap top which billows into a slight train. Size 8 US, depending on your body type I would say it could fit anywhere from a 6-10.
