ms_jenn_a If they don’t return it in the same condition make sure you reach out to posh and tell them! Don’t accept the rerun if it’s not what you sent. Buyers have been know to switch bags unfortunately when they do returns. Make sure it has the same date code too!

caitlynfrank135 @krisca15 I won’t be selling my luxury items on this app anymore. I just don’t trust it and with posh not backing us sellers it’s very wrong! I feel we are the ones who keep this app going and we should be protected as well. Unfortunately that’s not the case. So I will sell my bags else where

krisca15 @caitlynfrank135 i sometimes go with a consigner. Like LVLenka on insta or fashion phile. But dont get me wrong i’ve sold a lot on here too. ☺️ Im so sorry this happened to you. hopefully u get the bag right away

kmosskirlin @caitlynfrank135 I was just reading what u where talking about with the lux bags, what happened to me is the buyer bought the bag and right before the 3 days put a case against me saying the closing clasp didn’t work, I used the bag once and there was great pics showing it closed , so now waiting 4 the return & hopefully it’s in new condition like I sent out .
