Bagatelle Mini Dress

Cute, white mini dress in a polka dot print has an off shoulder neckline and long sleeves with ruffled elastic detailing. The waist is also elastic and has a coordinating tie. The brand label tag is missing, but this dress is NWOT, has never been worn and is in excellent condition. It is lined but the fabric is somewhat see through so, depending on the undergarments chosen, may require a slip to be worn. The bust measures 17” (flat) and the length from shoulder to hem measures 28”.
