samshine11 @dpapa550 Okay so when I measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the front only, it measures near 16" but that isn't including the cap sleave..not quite sure what you were looking for there..but the bust measures at approximately 36" and the waist (where the leather meats the lace) measures at approximately 30". The material does have a little give to it also. Let me know if you need anything else, this dress truly is rad!!
