silverkoi @poshkittypdx Hi, It’s fitted thru the hips, a little loose thru the midriff. It’s a longer top, but because it’s fitted at the hips, it can be scrunched or belted up to be shorter. Bailey 44 is such an amazing label. They are sold in the junior departments of Neimans, Saks & some Nordstroms.
