Bailey Blue watercolor maxi dress

Strapless (with elastic so it stays up great) colorful silky maxi dress. No tags inside- so not sure of exact fabric. Either poly/rayon blend or maybe silk. Silky soft lightweight texture. Im 5”5’ 1/2. It goes to my ankle but can be a bit shorter or longer based on hiking up the elastic parts. Like new.
