Bailey's Blossoms Off/On Shoulder Dress 12

Worn once for 1-yr. photos. Excellent condition, showing only minimal wash wear. Size 12-18 months, but I've listed it as 12 months, as I believe it runs a little small. Empire, elasticized waist constructed in the SOFTEST poly (I've ever felt) with watercolor flowers, buds and leaves.
