Mylana2019 Hello hope you had a nice day. l have some bakelite jewelry from my grandmother and most of it has little stones in it but not all the bakelite does alot of it is carved also. No matter the necklace is very pretty how long is it and what does the clasp look like? l think it is really lovely and l wear alot of earth tones would it be possibible to see the whole necklace? >

@mylana1219 I apologize for being later than expected. I don't know alot about this necklace I have researched it and done home tests on it but I am in no way a jeweler so I won't say I know 100% it's bakelite because I don't but it does give positive results when tested. but I could be wrong. that's why I priced accordingly because regardless it is a nice necklace let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Shot water test will give you an unmistakable smell of Formaldehyde. Very strong. Please let me know if & when you do get a moment to do a hot water test. I’m interested.
