tfulop Hi, can't quite make out the tearing you described. Would you include another picture or two? Which hardware is broken--would you include a photo? Any cracking of seam leather/handle leather? TX

maggie_b11 @tfulop hi, I’ve added three photos. You can hopefully get a better sense of the slight tearing— it’s minor, but want to be fully transparent. Does not at all impact the functionality of the bag. Also, the hardware where the long strap is attached is not the original attachment for that strap. The small pieces of metal to which the long handle is supposed to be attached broke and are no longer on the bag. Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
