tjmaxxer This bag does not look new when you flap over the front of the face of the bag. Cmon, are you serious? I ve been in highend retail and I’ve examined merchandise online& off and the photos obviously show scratches, & smudges to the leather.

mya_nguyen9 @tjmaxxer hello! The description does not list it as “new” only excellent condition considering the inside flap. Nothing is on the exterior. It’s bound to happen with the bag since the opening is narrow and the leather is soft. price is listed to factor in 20% posh fees.
