Bali Elf black belted midi dress V neck front slit

Lovely Bali ELF midi dress! Belted waist with a V neck that has multiple clips for depth adjustment. Bottom of dress has a partial slit up the leg. Dress was barely worn and is in excellent condition! Size XL, measurements in photos. This dress fits almost exactly like the "Peony" dress shown in stock photo, but its cotton instead of linen.
