Ballerina Topper Dress

Just a regular wal mart tee decorated with lace and little flowers sewn to a full sheet tulle skirt in light pink, made to be the signature ballerina dress. It goes over your dance wear or can just be worn over jeans or leggings for casual as shown in the photo. Can also be dressed up over a full skirt how it was intended. This will make you feel like a beautiful ballerina!
