craftyladies115 @jodylchow-hello, the measurements listed are the manufacturers measurements. As you can see in the picture the costume fit my daughter well. I would say as long as the person wearing it falls within those numbers it will fit well.

craftyladies115 @pepperdinecris Girth – To measure girth, place a tape measure at the top of the shoulder where a leotard strap sits, then down through the crotch and back to the same shoulder. As long as your measurements fall within the inches listed, it should work fine.
