Ballet Neck Party Dress

Elegant ballet neck lace sequined beaded teal dress. Lined at skirt and bra. I bought this at a dressmaker shop in the garment district in Manhattan almost a decade ago. Beautifully made. Definitely a showstopper for sure!! There is boning in the bodice and absolutely no give to the material, so please take note of the measurements.
