Leather lining has no cracks or peel off One main compartment can hold iPhone plus One small zipped compartment. Chain is 23 in drop. Latches can open and close. You can adjust length by hook the latch to to any of the loop on the chain. Turn lock has some scratches. Corners and edges shows some wear. Inner flap has som rub against the chain, but you won’t see it when the bag is closed. Made in Italy
