Excellent used condition tulle and lace dress from Baltic Born. Worn once at a party. Satin liner, 2 layers of tulle. The lace is slightly stretchy. The waist at the back has some stretch, but not much. I felt okay wearing this for a few hours. Labeled small. Waist 28/29” max. Chest 34” with some leeway.
