This is a Baltic Born Meghan dress in Olive velvet. It is a size XXXL (fits like 16-18), and is hemmed for someone that is 5’2”-5’4”. The sleeves are shorter (a couple inches above the elbow) and super flowy. It ties in the back. It is such a comfy dress! It was used as a bridesmaid dress but would be perfect as a wedding guest dress or formal event.
