@mottnickerson Hi! This dress is no longer on Baltic Born's website but I did some rough measurements myself-
Chest: 33in
Waist: 23in
Where the tie is: sits about 15in down from the top
Total length: 46in
Fabric is Polyester and pretty stretchy. I think its a pretty true to size Medium.
