Baltic Børn Dress

This navy blue chiffon dress was such a joy to wear, but I only had one opportunity to. Custom hemmed to rest just above the ground on a 5’6” woman wearing moderate heels. Tie can wrap around the torso or be done only in the back. Built-in long slip. Needs a new loving home!
