Baltic born size small dress

Black, long sleeve maxi dress. Sheer sleeves that come with 3 gold buttons at each cuff. Dress is very long, needs to be hemmed or wear heals with it. Worn once. Chiffon doesn’t stretch. Fits bicep size 13.5”
