Bamboo Patterned Chiffon Maxi Dress

Elegant floor length black and white dress. This dress has one strap and then one flowing sleeve. It cinches at the waist and creates a skirt and shirt look. The waist is stretchy and measures 11" the skirt is a bout 3 feet long from the waist. Only worn once to a wedding. No noticeable flaws to my eye.
