Banana Republic 8P strappy little black dress, mini length, medium petite

Banana Republic little black mini dress, size 8 petite. Strappy, sleeveless. Easy to wear and wash but also easy to dress up. Waist is elastic, so it measures about 28” (14” flat), but it easily stretches to at least 32”. Bust is about 36”. Fabric itself (besides waistband) does not really stretch.
