Banana Republic Black Soft Ponte Midi Dress W/ Side Slits Tie Waist Extra Small

This beautiful dress is a wardrobe staple with its simple elegant style that is so versatile. It can be dressed up or down very easily; i.e. heels, sandals, denim jacket, etc. While it’s in excellent nearly new condition, unfortunately, the loop for the waist tie on the right hip came undone as I was putting it on the mannequin, but it’s an easy fix. Please see photos for details. It’s made from 58% rayon, 36% polyester & 6% spandex. Measurements taken while laying flat: 48” total length from top of shoulder to bottom of hem 17.5” armpit to armpit 13” slit on either side There’s stretch to the dress.
