Banana Republic Black & White Stripe Pencil Skirt

Once upon a time, I fit into this lovely, classy pencil skirt. It is size 4, and genuinely really lovely. Cotton/poly white fabric with horizontal black stitching. I just can’t fit into it anymore. Kick pleat, back zipper, and fully lined. I noticed one small tear in the lining- not visible from the outside (see pic). No pulls in the fabric and in good condition overall, otherwise.
