Banana Republic Blue and Black Dress

Super cute dress from Banana Republic in excellent condition, only worn once or twice. The blue and black design is super fun and eye catching without being too loud. The neckline is high with adjustable straps (just tie to your preferred length), with a high neckline in the back that mirrors the front. The fabric is both stretchy and flowy (see photo for fabric content and care instructions). Perfect dress to wear to a wedding or a fancy night out!
