EUC Banana Republic pencil skirt size 2 in a neutral, cool toned brown with small tan flecks. See picture with size label for most accurate representation. Skirt is unlined with a wide waistband and back zipper with hook & eye closure. Pockets are basted so that they lie flat, but that could be removed for complete function! Measures approx. 13" waist, 17.25" hip and 20.5 inches long. Fabric is in flawless condition - 78% polyester, 19% rayon and 3% spandex. Very pretty and professional!

krroy Love this color! Can you say more about the waist measurement? Your description says 13” but the picture looks more like 13.5”.

missdowntown @krroy Sure! Folded exactly in half the waist is just about 6.5" so I went with the slightly smaller measurement of 13" since the material isn't stretchy. Held open the waist could go a smidge over 13.25" but there's not much wiggle room : ) Hips measure 17.25" lying flat. I've added 3 more pics too. Hope that's helpful!

krroy @missdowntown Thanks for answering and providing more pictures and details about the material. I’m looking to replace one that’s too big but I don’t want to go too small. Unfortunately, I think this will be too snug for me.
