Cute blue cotton shirt dress in size 4. Perfect new addition to your fall wardrobe! Cute with booties and a sweater! The color is dark blue, almost like a denim look, but it is cotton with a little bit of spandex. It has pockets on both sides and very flattering ruching at the waist band. The color is truer in the first 3 pictures as the ones where I am wearing it had poor lighting. Open to offers! Been worn 3, maybe 4 times to church.
