Banana Republic Cocktail Dress Plum Wine Size 12

FIt n' Flare halter dress from Banana Republic - size 12. Fitted until the natural waist and free flowing from there; very forgiving in the hip area; bust is approximately 39" length is approx 43" (I'm 6 foot tall and it hits right above my knee). I've only worn this once, to my husband's work Christmas party and it was perfect. Very flattering on the waist I'm pricing all clothes to sell - desperately need to clear out space. Out of respect for the designer, I'd really like to not donate - I know they've worked hard on their brands.
