Forest green double-v silk blouse from Banana Republic. PETITE size small. Approximately 18 inches pit-to-pit and 24 inches from shoulder to hem. Sleeves have hidden bra strap holders. There is a small mark on the front lower hem. I included a photo but you can't really see it. It looks more like a wrinkle or play of light on the fabric, but I know it's there...
