Banana Republic Dress

This Navy Blue dress from Banana Republic gives the illusion of a blouse and pencil skirt paired together, but in fact is one dress. Features a polka dot pattern on the skirt. Dress has a side zipper, and the top has a front snap closure. Sleeves come down above the elbow area and have original buttons. Great dress for the office/class room!
