Banana Republic Dress

This a navy dress from Banana Republic. It is slightly fitted through the bodice, and flares slightly at the bottom. It hits at the knee. It also has an optional thin satin belt (made from the same fabric as the dress) that can be tied around the waist. This dress was worn a few times for musical performances.
