Banana Republic Dress

Black and white ruffle Banana Republic dress, medium petite. This dress has a detachable piece to tie the dress to your desired fit. There are two small loops, one on each side of the dress, to hold the tie in place. The fabric is more of a crinkle fabric, and has fluttery shirt sleeves.
