Banana Republic Dress Blouse Size small BNWT

Brand new with tag, this is about 5 years old or more and has been hanging in my closet, kept thinking I’d wear it but I haven’t so it’s time to sell. I was drawn to it because it’s nice and lightweight. It is sheer and you’d most likely want to wear a cami underneath. I like the stand up collar with the option to tie or not.
