Banana Republic Dress - Moss Green - Size 14P - Brand New with Tags!

This cute sleeveless dress, though!! I found it in my closet and I never wore it because it was a bit tight. The material is polyester, but a bit clingy. The dress is lined, but the tag says it can be machine washed. The color green is perfect for fall. The size is a 14 Petite from Banana Republic - brand new! It is knee length. Also, there is something around the two vents in the front that make it look like it's pulled, but it's not (see pictures). I'm not sure if this is the style or a flaw. Please make an offer and see if this dress is as cute on you, as I had hoped it would be on me! Note - this is a non-smoking household! But we do have one inside kitty.
