Brand new with tags. Off white breezy gauze dress features crew neck and flutter cap sleeves with black embroidery detail. Self tying removable belt at waist can be tied in front, side, or back. Key hole opening in back with button and loop closure. Elastic stretch band at waist. Fully lined. 40% polyester, 32% rayon, 27% nylon, 1% spandex. Measurements are approximate and measured lying flat: Under arm side to side: 16”; Length: 36 1/2” from shoulder to hem. Waist: 13" (but has stretch fitting). Smoke free/pet free home.
